Emergency Exam

• A Superteeth dentist will provide a diagnosis of your dental concerns and offer recommended treatment plans without an appointment. This fee is charged when only an examination is performed and no other service is rendered during the visit.
• Includes any necessary digital x-rays.

Comprehensive Exam

• A comprehensive oral examination from a Superteeth® dentist.
• A treatment plan to address all recommended dental services to restore a patient to good oral health.
• A complete series of full mouth digital x-rays, including bitewing x-rays.

Veneers and Denchers

• Veneers may be a great option for someone who is unhappy with the look of their front teeth, as it covers the outer layer of your teeth with a porcelain material. 
• Dentures are ideal for someone who is missing some or all of their teeth. Dentures are available in metal, and acrylic framework. 
• Bone Graphs may be necessary after removal to find the right material for you. 

Permanent Fillings or Bonding

• Placement of a new filling due to chips cracks or decay.
• Upon request or dentist recommendation, white (resin) filling material is used.
• Includes an oral exam from a Superteeth® dentist and any necessary digital x-rays.
• The fee for a one surface or two surface resin filling is $99. A large resin filling that requires the restoration of 3 or more surfaces or a resin filling on any posterior tooth is $187.

Extractions

• An oral exam from a Superteeth® dentist and diagnostic x-rays are required to determine the difficulty of any extraction.
• The removal or extraction of a tooth that is not broken or impacted and that is visibly and physically loose or mobile, i.e. the tooth (teeth) can be moved up/down or side to side upon touch by the patient or the dentist. This is typically a “Simple” extraction and the fee for this service is $125.
• Broken or impacted teeth typically require a “Surgical” extraction. The fee for this service is $225.
• Some extractions may require a specialist. If the dentist determines a specialist is required patients will be informed and provided with a referral to an oral surgeon. A fee of $55 will be charged for an Emergency Exam.
• Only the dentist can determine if an extraction will be simple or surgical and patients are informed prior to any service being rendered.

Root Canals, Bridges, and Crowns

• Re-cementing an existing crown or bridge that has come loose.
• Requires an exam from a Superteeth® dentist to ensure an existing crown or bridge still fits properly.
• A new crown or bridge is not part of this service.
• Includes an oral exam from a Superteeth® dentist and any necessary digital x-rays.

Cleaning and Periodic Exam

• A routine dental prophylaxis, recommended every six months.
• Includes four bitewing x-rays and an oral examination from a Superteeth dentist.
• This service is not an appropriate treatment for those with periodontal disease.
• Due to the length of time required to provide a proper dental prophylaxis, we require patients to make an appointment with one of our dental hygienists for this Basic Service.
